This Starfleet, Actually.

To answer the inevitable: "Oh, yeah? You and what starfleet, bub?"

Six frigates, three cruisers, one battleship and a carrier.

So, I got bit by the FIRESTORM ARMADA bug, by Spartan Games [link] , and said to myself: "Self, I've got some ship minis in a box somewhere that could probably be easily whipped into a starter force!" Less than a week later...

The ships are from the Terran line of SPACEFLEET WARS by Superior Models, currently being produced by Monday Knight Productions as GALACTIC KNIGHTS [link] . Some of these ships are over 30 years old. That's older than many of the members of the gaming club!

The bases were a stumbling block, as the modern plastic ones wouldn't comfortably hold the ALL METAL ships, so some 1/8" brass rod and a bag of thick masonite 40mm square bases from Renaissance Ink [link] filled the need very nicely!
